Free Shipping Across India

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India that exceed ₹1,000. Rest assured, your Hair Naturals products will be shipped directly from our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Jaipur, India.

Rigorous Quality Assurance

Before your order leaves our facility, we subject all hair products to meticulous quality checks to eliminate any possibility of returns. This stringent process is in place to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, if your order includes clip-in sets or volumizers, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing unless otherwise specified. We process orders from Monday to Friday and even on Saturdays, though we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Address Accuracy Matters

To avoid delays, we kindly request that you review your shipping and billing information thoroughly before completing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, as well as unverified details, may result in an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods

For your convenience, we use express shipping to ensure prompt delivery. Standard order processing time is 1-2 weeks, with extended processing times of 3-4 weeks for clip-in sets and volumizers. International orders may require up to 4-6 weeks for processing. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returned Shipments

In cases where domestic shipments are returned to us due to reasons such as customer unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping details, or customer refusal of the parcel, a deduction of ₹200 will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Address Correction

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Since we process orders promptly, changes or cancellations may be challenging to accommodate. If you need to alter your order or shipping address, please contact us at hello@hairnaturals.in as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after your order is placed.

Delivered But Not Received

All our orders come with tracking numbers. If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to your local courier services for assistance in resolving the issue. Hair Naturals cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information confirms delivery to your designated address.
